Job Description 

US Bank Hiring Customer Service in Tallahassee, Florida @ usbank.com – We’re looking for people that are passionate about providing outstanding customer service. Our Inbound Fraud section is the core unit that takes inbound calls about suspicious and unlawful behavior from credit, debit, and corporate/government card clients. It is not essential to have any prior expertise with banking or fraud. To guarantee that our Representatives are equipped to provide fast, educated, and compassionate customer service, we provide extensive and continuing training.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria 

Consumer, debit, and corporate/government card goods are all familiar to you. Ability to recognise, comprehend, and handle data exceptions. Ability to operate with unwritten but well-understood directions, relying on precedents where appropriate. Strong communication abilities, both verbally and in writing. Strong negotiating and problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity to manage challenging client calls. Computer abilities, particularly in Microsoft Office programmed.

Roles and Responsibilities 

Answering incoming calls and delivering excellent telephone service to our credit and debit card users. Blocking or placing security holds on accounts, establishing lost/stolen statuses on debit and credit accounts, and transmitting fraud and dispute information to the relevant parties are some of the duties performed to protect financial loss. Bringing fraud claims to life and offering information on current fraud and dispute claims. To handle fraud and dispute concerns, we work with a variety of departments. Documenting fraud warnings, creating case files, and escalating fraud alerts to relevant organizations are all tasks that must be completed.
