We’re seeking for a Specialist Support Engineer to help Acronis’ Hosting partners and customers in NAM, as well as serve as the company’s principal technical support expert for Acronis’ Hosting/Cloud products and services. The Expert Support Engineer will be in charge of addressing technical issues, developing solutions, filing bug reports, and coordinating complicated work with other teams (Engineering, QA, DCO, Product Management, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria 

4+ years of work experience in a relevant sector and function is required.
2+ years of experience working in the hosting industry
Written and spoken English fluency. When necessary, the ability to convey the specifics of technological difficulties in all of their complexity. Customer attention and good communication abilities

Passion for troubleshooting and capacity to devise effective solutions to unusual problems. Excellent client focus and communication abilities, as well as the ability to priorities and transition between a range of time-sensitive situations. Management of responsibilities and incidents. Professional hosting platforms (should be familiar with one or more of the following: Plesk, cPanel, WHMCS)

Responsibilities 

Troubleshoot and resolve different technical problems involving multiple software, networking, and hardware environments for Acronis customers and partners. Develop and maintain good customer and partner connections.
Interact with multiple departments to address difficult technical client concerns quickly. By sharing your technical experience and best practices, you may provide technical advice and assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members.

Maintain a thorough understanding of Acronis’ processes and products in order to provide the best possible assistance for customer requirements.
