Job Description
To assess the project’s performance, develop and monitor quality programme KPIs. Analyze the data in order to determine the core cause of any troubling patterns, and then engage with the appropriate parties to remedy them.
Mentor and develop the on-site partner construction QA/QC team to help them become a high-performing team.
Develop rigorous QA/QC procedures and standards in collaboration with Construction Management and other Regional Management teams to allow efficiency and effectiveness, as well as leading efficient cross-functional interactions.
Lead the quality team and serve as a high-level bridge between design and construction.
Qualification
5+ years of expertise in data centre or mission-critical construction project quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC) processes.
A bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is required.
Experience with construction programmes such as Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build.
Personnel management, as well as staffing and scheduling experience.
Civil/structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines are all areas of expertise. Experience managing QA/QC and customer experience initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
