Job Description
Granite Construction Hiring Project Manager in Anchorage, Alaska @ graniteconstruction.com – To guarantee that company profitability targets are reached, do accurate project revenue and cost financial forecasting. To create a budget, work with estimators and the project controls group. To guarantee an accurate and consistent bid to build process for vertically integrated projects, lead estimate activities.
Work with estimators and the construction manager to manage resources in order to keep the project on track. Work with the estimating team to establish a bid timeline. Participate in bid review and bid closure to verify bid accuracy and project feasibility. Develop a thorough strategy for project start-up and effective kick-off in collaboration with the construction manager and project team.
